Service API guide

The connectivity desk checks managed partner endpoints against the certificate identity you expect. Choose an endpoint and supply its hostname. A completed check returns a receipt and the certificate verification result; a failed verification leaves the endpoint untrusted.

Use POST /api/connection-checks with JSON fields profile (partner, legacy or address) and hostname. Start with {"profile":"partner","hostname":"partner.fieldharbor.xyz"}. Checks are restricted to the managed endpoint catalogue.

POST /api/name-checks accepts a JSON hostname and checks the managed partner resolver. The resolver contains managed integration names only. Start with {"hostname":"partner.fieldharbor.xyz"}. Results include the resolved addresses or a resolver error code.

Request intake is also available through POST /api/requests with JSON fields subject, email and details. Brotli-compressed JSON is supported with Content-Encoding: br. Keep the returned X-Request-ID with the receipt for integration support.
